I am a free-lance writer and computer consultant who is currently living in suburban Atlanta.
For over 25 years, yours truly was an editor/reporter/freelancer for newspapers and magazines throughout the world. These publications included dailies in Alabama, Florida and California as well as News of the World in London, The Sydney (Australia) Morning Herald and NBC and ABC television in Los Angeles. During those years, I ghosted books, wrote chapters for books, did on-the-ground investigations for print and television and composed literally thousands upon thousands of articles on everything from sports, politics and medicine to entertainment, media and wildlife. I am the author of three unproduced screenplays and one unpublished novel. I recently published a collection of short stories titled "Alabama Stories".
This blog will deal with several different topics, but primarily with the nature of media, the effects it has on humankind and the way that, overall, it is driving the human race toward globalization through human homogenization.
